Hi I’m Nishant Pratik

I am your strategic sales consultant for your business initiative.

From selling complex telecom and enterprise networks to building a company that simplifies how businesses grow with technology!

I began my career over two decades ago as an engineer passionate about solving problems. After completing my Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra in India, I entered the world of enterprise and telecom technologies — and quickly realized something crucial:

Technology only creates impact when it’s translated into meaningful business outcomes.

That insight became the foundation of my entire career.

To deepen my global business perspective, I pursued full time MBA from leading Hult International Business School, Boston in the U.S.

This became the bridge between my engineering roots and a strategic, consultative mindset required to drive real transformation.

Across my roles at MNC’s like Avaya, Nokia, Ericsson, Dell and multiple startups, I found myself at the intersection of technology and strategic sales leading into large-scale transformations. I learned how million-dollar networks are built, what enterprises struggle with behind the scenes and how to navigate complex decision-making inside some of the world’s largest organizations.

I closed multi-million dollar deals across:

·       2G/3G/4G/5G solutions in Telecom

·       Cloud, Data Protection and Hyper Converged Infra modern workloads in Data Centres

·       GenAI (even before “AI” became the buzzword it is today)

·       Cyber Security & SaaS

I helped CxOs in Indian telcos like Airtel, Etisalat (when they launched in India), Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices, Tata Communications, & Vodafone Idea and even global enterprises like AT&T, Bollore, Cadence, EY, Fidelity, Kohler, Samsung, Thales and dozen more make impactful technology moves at their networks and data centres in India.

Along the way, I won multiple President Awards at these companies I worked for— not because I chased trophies, but because I chased outcomes.

But after two decades of leading growth at the global companies… I felt something shift within myself………..

I realized I was solving the same set of problems again and again for:
• businesses struggling with growth despite strong products,
• leaders confused by the complexity of the tech ecosystem,
• teams unable to convert opportunities into predictable revenues,
• and for founders who knew what they wanted but not how to structure their journey ahead.

And I knew I was ready for my next leap.

Today, I’m building a company designed to fix those very challenges — with the clarity, execution discipline, and industry depth that shaped my career at the very foundation. A company that helps businesses grow without the noise. A company built on trust, strategic thinking, and real outcomes — not jargon.

My mission is simple:
To help organizations scale with confidence by bringing together technology, strategic sales, thought leadership, and high-performance sales execution then after.
